Information We Collect
We collect Personal Information three ways: (1) directly from an individual when an individual provides us information when interacting with us in some way, (2) automatically when an individual interacts with our Services; and (3) from third-party sources, which may be even before our first direct interaction with the user.
Information You Provide to Use Directly
In registering for email, signing up for any account with us, placing orders via the Site or through other means, and for communicating with us about our products, you provide, and we, in turn, collect some Personal Information about you, which means information that can directly or indirectly associate or otherwise identify you as a natural person. While, at some times, you may be providing this information or otherwise engaging with us as an employee of another company, the information you provide and that we may collect, may include information including your name, personal or work email, personal or work physical address, personal or work phone number, billing information, information about the products/services you are/have been interested in or otherwise purchased or returned.
Additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you. When you interact with us, below are the categories of information we collection, including Personal Information:
- Contact Information, including name, email address, phone number and communication preferences. If you give us your mobile telephone number (including for SMS text messaging services), we will also collect and store that number.
- Inquiry Information, including information provided in custom messages sent through the forms or contact information provided on our Site.
- Account Information, including name, industry, employer, title, company logo, email address, phone number, username and password, profile information, payment and purchase history information, and any other information you provided to us, including any data you provide to us to calculate metrics. Please note we utilize a third-party provider to process payments on our behalf and do not accept payment directly through our Site.
Information We Collect Automatically
As is true of most digital platforms, we and our third-party providers may also collect Device Information, which includes your browsing actions and site usage patterns that are collected automatically when you visit or interact with our Site. This data, which, depending on where you are located, can include Personal Data, and may include: log data (such as internet protocol (IP) address, operating system, browser type, browser ID, the URL entered and the referring page/campaign, date/time of visit, time zone, the amount of time spent on our Site, errors that occurred during the Site visit, analytics data (such as the electronic path taken to our Site, through our Site and when exiting our Site, as well as usage and activity on our Site), and location data (such as general geographic location based on the log data we or our third-party providers collect).
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:
“Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org.
“Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
“Web beacons,” “tags,” and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.
To manage cookies, an individual may change their browser settings to: (i) notify them when they receive a cookie, so the individual can choose whether or not to accept it; (ii) disable existing cookies; or (iii) automatically reject cookies. Please note that doing so may negatively impact an individual’s experience using our Site, as some features and offerings may not work properly or at all. Depending on an individual’s device and operating system, the individual may not be able to delete or block all cookies. In addition, if an individual wants to reject cookies across all browsers and devices, the individual will need to do so on each browser on each device they actively use. An individual may also set their email options to prevent the automatic downloading of images that may contain technologies that would allow us to know whether they have accessed our email and performed certain functions with it.
Information We Obtain From Third Parties
We also obtain Personal Information from third parties, which we often combine with Personal Information we collect either automatically or directly from an individual. We may receive the same categories of Personal Information as described above from the following third parties:

The data we receive is dependent upon an individual’s privacy settings with the social network. Individuals should always review and, if necessary, adjust their privacy settings on third-party websites and social media networks and services before sharing information and/or linking or connecting them to other services.

EEA/EU Data Subject Data Protection Rights Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA) or European Union (EU), you have certain data protection rights. We aim to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Information.
If you wish to be informed about what Personal Information we hold about you, have a copy of it, correct or otherwise rectify it, and/or if you want it to be removed from our systems, please contact us using the contact information set out below.
In certain circumstances, you have the following data protection rights:
- Request access to your Personal Information (commonly known as a "data subject access request"). This enables you to receive a copy of the Personal Information we hold about you where we are the data controller and to check that we are lawfully processing it.
- Request correction of the Personal Information that we hold about you. This enables you to have any incomplete or inaccurate information we hold about you corrected, though we may need to verify the accuracy of the new information you provide to us.
- Request erasure of your Personal Information. This enables you to ask us to delete or remove Personal Information where there is no good reason for us to continue to process it. You also have the right to ask us to delete or remove your Personal Information where you have successfully exercised your right to object to processing (see below), where we may have processed your information unlawfully or where we are required to erase your Personal Information to comply with local law. Note, however, that we may not always be able to comply with your request for erasure for specific legal reasons, which will be explained to you, if applicable, at the time of your request.
- Object to processing of your Personal Information. You have the right to object where we are relying on a legitimate interest (or those of a third party) and there is something about your particular situation which makes you want to object to processing on this ground, as you feel it impacts on your fundamental rights and freedoms. You also have the right to object where we are processing your Personal Information for direct
marketing purposes. In some cases, we may demonstrate that we have compelling legitimate grounds to process your information which override your rights and freedoms.
- Request that we restrict the processing of your Personal Information. This enables you to ask us to temporarily stop the processing of your Personal Information in the following scenarios: (a) if you have concerns about the accuracy of your information and want to have it rectified; (b) where you believe our use of your information may be unlawful but you do not want us to erase it; (c) where you need us to hold the information for the purposes of defending or exercising your rights with respect to a legal claim even though we may no longer need it; or (d) you have objected to our use of your information but we need to verify whether we have overriding legitimate grounds to keep it.
- Request the transfer of your Personal Information to you or to a third party. We will provide to you, or a third party you have chosen, your Personal Information in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. Note that this right only applies to automated information which you initially provided consent for us to use or where we used the information to perform a contract with you.
- Withdraw consent at any time where we are relying on consent to process your Personal Information. However, this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdraw your consent. If you withdraw your consent, we may not be able to provide certain services to you. We will advise you if this is the case at the time you withdraw your consent.
You have the right to complain to a Data Protection Authority about our collection and use of your Personal Information. For more information, please contact your local data protection authority in the EEA.
If you wish to exercise any of the rights set out above, please contact us using the contact details below.
You will not have to pay a fee to access your Personal Information (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with your request in such circumstances.
We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal information (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure designed to ensure that Personal Information is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response.
